This past weekend I had the pleasure of going to Tremblant with my family to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. Now, for those of you who aren’t familiar with Tremblant, it is up north aka the country aka a place you’d never find me. But for those of you who know Tremblant, you know it can be done in way that is even cool with a city chick like me.
We rented an incredible condo that had all the modern amenities necessary but it was surrounded by a gorgeous natural setting (photo op, anyone?!). And because we were celebrating my mama, we hired a private chef to feed us some ridiculously delicious food. It all tasted even better than it looks, which I know seems impossible based on these bomb pics.
Needless to say it was a great weekend spent with my nearest and dearest but it was also a fab opportunity to shoot. Lets just say the surroundings and the heat wave we’re currently experiencing influenced my style direction a lot and I am kinda loving it!
The first look was an off white mini dress with crochet detail (so Summer) and I accessorized it with neutrals, you know, to fit the country vibes. I paired it back to a thin brown belt to create a waist, brown Zara sandals, my fave Gucci Dyonisus and these epic Gucci sunnies that totally elevate the look. This was the perfect look to roam around Tremblant village.
The next look was actually very city appropriate BUT it had an up north twist for sure. I wore these lightweight black and white stripe culottes with what appears to be a flounce top bodysuit but it reality, it is a bathing suit. Love the versatility! Paired this monochromatic look back to my beige Gucci Dionysus. Oh and can’t forget the oversized FF Fendi sunnies.
And last but not least, you can’t leave the country without rocking a head to toe floral look, am I right?! This Zara set is lightweight, flowy and just so complimentary of the stunning setting. The white and pink is so pretty but there’s something so bad ass about wearing head to toe print. OBSESSED!
